Liau Chung Fan received his B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from University of Manitoba in 1992 and his M.Sc from University of Glasgow in 1998. Since 2000 he has been a lecturer at University Malaysia Sabah. Working in the area of Computational and Mathematical Engineering. His cCareer research interest is in Information Theory and Wireless Communication System.
