Nordin Saad
Nordin Saad is a lecturer in the School of Engineering and Information Technology. His areas of educational expertise have been in Computer Networks. His research interests include Wireless Networks, Location-Based Services and Network Performance.
In 2004, he went for sabbatical in Department of Computing Science, University of Glasgow, UK where he studied TCP/IP performance using NS-2 simulator.
He has done industrial attachment with Borneosys Sdn Bhd where he build, design and implement Networking Project for Faculty of Medical and Health Science, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and Politeknik Kota Kinabalu for structured cabling project. He also attached with DC Consulting Sdn Bhd at MRSM Kota Kinabalu in structured cabling, fiber optic and project management.
Nordin is currently the Research Linkage Coordinator at the School.
